This standard describes the recommended procedure to be employed in applying cutback tar plastic cement, as covered by CGSB standard 37-GP-19M, intended for use in sealing flashings, for repairing leaks and cracks in coal tar roofing, and for filling masonry, wood or metal joints in roofing.
